Summer Of Transformation

Oh, what fun this summer has been! Over the course of three amazing weeks, we were able to host our first year back at Machaca Summer Camp. We kicked off with a day of games and prizes in town on June 24th, and saw a great turnout of kiddos ready to get hyped for camp!

 Summer Camp 2023 was highlighted by the amazing camp counselors and leaders who made every day a new adventure for the campers and the staff. their smiles and unashamed hearts for the Lord were so impactful to watch as they ministered and served kids of all ages.

We started off week one strong with the senior high campers aged 16-20, between late-night games, Midnight Madness, and learning to hear the voice of God, this group had quite the week.

The next three camps were a blast, we had world-changers from 13-15, 10-12 and camp finished off with ages 7-9. It was so sweet to watch children of all ages encounter the love of a good Father through not only worship and chapel time but also through hot meals, loving counselors, and games made to challenge them and build them up.

"My favorite part about camps is seeing the difference between the campers and staff that come to join us and the people they leave becoming. It happens every year, but this year has to be my favorite. Watching them each step into a new level of themselves was so encouraging to experience and then they offered that same opportunity to grow to the campers that came. I could just feel the Father's heart beaming with love and pride for his children."
