The Awe and Wonder Women's Conference 2024, held at Machaca Camp from November 7-10, welcomed over 130 women and girls, including many mothers and daughters. This year, we were honored to have incredible leaders from Women World Changer and Hearts of Beauty Atlanta join our team, pouring into the lives of those who attended.

Even before the first session began, women experienced healing from migraines, dislocated ribs, and torn shoulders. Throughout the weekend, powerful sessions, small group discussions, games, and healing rooms created an atmosphere of deep restoration. The way the Lord showed up was truly incredible!

The Holiday Season

As the year came to a close, the holiday season was filled with joy, community, and celebration. One of the highlights was our annual Christmas Outreach on December 15th, where we had the privilege of hosting many families from the local village. It was a beautiful day of games, prizes, hot cocoa, and desserts, but the most meaningful part was praying over each household and sharing the love of Christ with them.

On December 17th, we held our cookie drive for the Belize Defence Force, with our church coming together to prepare around 200 cookie bags. These were gifted to the soldiers at the base in Punta Gorda during their Christmas luncheon, where Kat led Christmas carols and worship, and John shared a heartfelt message. It was a wonderful way to show appreciation for their service and spread holiday cheer.

We continued celebrating with our Boneville Church Christmas service and potluck on December 22nd. The highlight of the service was our children's ministry presenting the sweetest Nativity, reminding us all of the true meaning of Christmas.

To close out the year, we gathered for a family worship night on New Year’s Eve, lifting our voices in praise from 9 PM to midnight, ushering in the new year with gratitude and worship. It was a powerful way to step into the year ahead, united in faith and joy!
