Meet our founders, John and Lisa Gotz have been serving in Belize for almost 20 years. They have always had a huge heart for discipleship. God has used their passion to impact young and old from around the world. When God brought them to Belize, they fell in love with the country and the people.
Over the years their roots grew deep into the nation, and they saw an increasing need for discipleship in a new way. God has opened door after door and provided crazy opportunities to strengthen and equip families in Belize . Together, they travel throughout the nation training and equipping men and women to live out their God-given destinies.
John Gotz
John Gotz is a passionate pastor and speaker who is known for his bold and uncompromising love for the word of God. As a leader he is dedicated to bringing hope and freedom to the lost and broken.
Through our Men’s ministry, John has paved the way to raise up men of God to become dedicated fathers and loving husbands. His heart is to see Men walk in the identity that God created for them, to be free, healed, and whole.
For nearly 15 years, John has served as a chaplain in the Belize Defense Force. His service provides Him the unique opportunity to impact soldiers and their families from around Belize and the world. He led the “Jesus, Front and Center” initiative which ensured that every member of the BDF received their own personal bible, along with bible-based counseling.
For fun, John loves to BBQ, listen to podcasts, and play with his grandchildren.
Lisa Gotz
Lisa Gotz is an amazing woman who has dedicated her life to pursue the heart of God. Lisa has lived in Belize for almost 20 years. During this time she has fallen deeply in love with Belize and the people. She is committed to empowering the people of Belize walking in their true identity as sons and daughters of God.
Through national prayer ministry and Machaca’s leadership training school KSSM (Kabod School of Supernatural Ministry) Lisa is helping Belizeans of all ages to live healed and whole.
For over 10 years, Lisa and her team have hosted an annual women’s conference designed to strengthen women and empower their futures
When she’s at home, Lisa loves to worship, catch up on a favorite tv show, read, and spend time with her grand babies!
