“For the Lord your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.”

 Zephaniah 3:17

Hello beautiful mighty women of God.  What an amazing weekend!

As exhausted as I was yesterday I thought I would sleep all day but His Presence is still so thick. My mind is still processing all He did this weekend!

I can’t stop thanking Him!

I can’t stop worshiping Him!

I keep giggling all through out the day as I reflect on His goodness, giving Him all the glory. Every five minutes I’m turning to John and sharing with him giving him one testimony after the other of how God touched EVERY single women!

The downloads just keep coming!!  I kept hearing him say “He wants our dreams even more than we do.....reminding me of a song by Jonathan David Helser called “Faith” and “Faith is Rising" (extended version)

So I finally listened to it and oh my goodness.  Remember I told you we don’t fully know sometimes why red balloons, why this painting, why this or that. We are just obedient and then in the midst He reveals His heart and what He is saying. Well I am undone as the Lord spoke so clearly why the red balloons, why He had us begin the conference by singing over you and how every speaker either said it or sang over you!  As I listen to the song it was very clear what He was saying, doing, releasing....all I can say is WOW!  He gave me the picture of all you beautiful ladies sitting under all those heart balloons and then watching them all rise up as I listened to this song.  I believe this is what He was doing read it as if you are singing it.

Faith is rising

 Faith is rising,

Faith is rising

Faith is rising,

Faith is rising

I am seeing who you really are

I am seeing who you really are

You want my dreams more than me

You want healing even more than me

Faith is rising

Faith is growing wings and flying

Out of my cage of religion

Faith is exploding

Faith is exploding

Faith is rising

There’s no more religion here

There’s no more religion here

Only your smile

Faith

Faith

Faith exploding

Your smile destroys my religion

Your smile destroys my religion

Your song causes all my prison walls to fall

I believe because you first believe

I sing because you have always been singing over me

Faith is rising

I am seeing you are smiling over me

Perfect love is filling us

Fear is leaving

Fear is fleeing

Perfect love is singing over me

Faith is rising

I am hearing you are laughing at my enemies

Perfect love is filling us

Fear is leaving

Fear is fleeing

Perfect love is singing over me

Your singing I’m your beloved

I’m your beloved

I’m your beloved

Perfect love is filling us

Fear is leaving

Fear is fleeing

Perfect loves singing over me

All my life you’ve been singing

All my days you’ve been singing over me

Papa I don’t know how you do it

Somehow your love so extravagant

Picks me up

And washes all the shame away

And you say my name and I know

That I’m your favorite

I don’t know how you do it

But I am your favorite

My mind doesn’t get it but my heart believes it

That I am your favorite

You are singing over a generation

You are my favorite

You are favorite

You are my favorite

You are my favorite

Look at this one

look at that one

This is my favorite

Picking us up spinning us around

You are my favorite

You are smiling over me, fear us leaving

Wow!  God is so good!  Not only is faith rising, it’s exploding!  He’s been singing over you your whole life!  He is singing you are His beloved!  He is smiling over you!  Shame gone! Fear gone! Religion gone!  Perfect love is singing over you...perfect love is filling you!  You are His favorite!

He is giving you permission to dream!  Dream big ladies!  He wants your dreams even more than you do and He wants healing even more than you do!!

Dream my little one dream!!!!

Women's Conference Series: Uprooting Bitterness

pexels-photo-450100.jpg

Hi. I think I should share a little about me before we get personal. I’m Kansas, yes, like the state. I love Jesus, my little family, coffee and anything sweet. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2016 and I have seen the Lord take such hold in my life using this little thing called Hashimoto’s and see Him glorified in it all.

Since dealing with my diagnosis, Jesus has walked me through a journey of health, discipline, humility and reliance on Him. Through it all, He has used people and confirmed that one day, He will heal me. I have no doubt He will and I stand firm in expectation for that day. He’s used this disease to take this introvert who didn’t see her worth in Papa’s eyes and transformed her into someone who shares boldly the good, bad and ugly of her life.

Lately, I’ve allowed Satan to use my disease to make me small and let bitterness root in deep. The past month, I’ve allowed my disease to control me. I’ve allowed the mental and emotional symptoms of fatigue, depression, overwhelmingness, anxiety and mood swings impact my daily life. Instead of reaching for Jesus to work through my disease, I allowed the lies of Satan to dictate how I see myself: failure, inadequate, sick. The amount of mornings and nights spent crying in self pity outweighted the number not. My sharp tongue resurfaced and I could taste the bitterness oozing from my mouth. I could really go on and on but that isn’t the point.

The point is BUT JESUS, my gracious loving Jesus. The One who has promised healing over my disease. He took me by the hand and forced me to watch. He painted a picture of my heart to show me how deep that bitterness was rooting itself in. He used sweet friends to call me out and speak the truth. He showed me what Satan would do if I kept letting him have hold and control my disease. He showed me that He wanted me to pray OUT LOUD against this bitterness and share. That the fruit of humility in sharing my struggles would be used for His glory, not mine. That He is the God of restoration and will restore all things. He reminded me of a scene in a movie where a man’s heart is portrayed as this garden. You see Holy Spirit as the Caregiver and is digging out the roots of bitterness he allowed to grow so deep. “Don’t let it get this deep” He kept saying over and over. Pray against it, stand up and be the fighter I made you to be.

I urge you friends. Bitterness is tricky and evil. It is a bold face lie from Satan himself. Stand up and shout Papa’s truths over the lying whispers of Satan. I encourage you to pray through your struggle. Pray for truths you can shout in times of distress. For me, God gave me the lyrics from the song, “Catch the Wind.” Specifically, “I am strong and full of life/I am steadfast, no compromise.” Write them where you can see them, place them as reminders on your phone. Do what you need to do to continually seek Jesus’ heart for you and not let bitterness take root.

Women's Conference Series: Be Bold

Be Bold

What would happen if we believe....
boldly believe that

HE is able
He is Faithful
He will never fail us
He makes all (as in ALL) things possible
where the Spirit of the Lord is there is FREEDOM
That the veil has been taken away so that we CAN SEE and REFLECT the glory of the Lord you get the point?

2 Corinthians 3
Are We beginning to praise ourselves again? Are we like others, who need to bring you letters of recommendation, or who ask you to write such letters on their behalf? Surely NOT! The only letter of recommendation we need is you yourself. Your lives are a letter written in our hearts; everyone can read it and recognize our good work among you. Clearly, you are a letter from Christ showing the result of our ministry among you. This “letter’ is not written with pen and ink, but with the Spirit of the living God. It is carved not on tablets of stone but on human hearts. We are confident of all this because of our great trust in God through Christ. Its is not that we are qualified to do anything on our own. Our qualification comes from God. He has enabled us to be ministers of His new covenant. This is a covenant not as written law, but of the Spirit, The old written covenant ends in death; but under the new covenant, the Spirit gives life.
The old way, with laws etched in stone, led to death, though it began with such glory that the people os Israel could not bear to look at Moses’ face. For his face shone with the glory of God, even though the brightness was already fading away. Shouldn't we expect far greater glory under the new way, now that the Holy spirit is giving life? If the old way bring condemnation, was glorious, how much more glorious the new way, which makes us right with God!
In fact, that first glory was not glorious at all compared with the overwhelming glory of the new way. So if the old way which has been replaced, was glorious, how much more glorious is the new, which remains forever!
Since this new way gives us such confidence, we can be very bold.
We are not like Moses, who put a veil over his face so the people of Israel would not see the glory, even though it was destined to fade away. But the people’s minds were hardened and to this day whenever the old covenant is being read, the same veil covers their minds so they cannot understand the truth. And this veil can only be removed only by believing in Christ. Yes, even today when they read Moses’ writings, their hearts are covered with that veil, and they do not understand.
But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. For the Lord is the spirit, and wherever the spirit of the Lord is there is freedom. So all of us who have had the veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord- who is the Spirit- makes us more and more like Him as were are changed into His glorious image.

Sooo..... oh my gosh I am excited!! The Lord has been asking me to be bold! what does this mean? be bold?!!? Jesus I am loud what else can I do? He responded with I did not ask you to

be loud I asked you to be Bold! Be bold in me and through me! You can be loud and not be bold at all, and just the same you can be as quiet as a mouse and be as bold as ever.

bold

bōld/

adjective

1.
(of a person, action, or idea) showing an ability to take risks; confident and courageous

2.
(of a color or design) having a strong or vivid appearance.

The deffiniton OMG!!!

take risk! confident! courageous! STRONG and VIVID appearance!

I am learning how to be Bold because of Christ the one living inside me!
I am being bold in who I am, and what I bring to this world because of whose glorious image I am made in, and because of what God, Jesus, and Holy spirit have given me. What have They given me that I can be bold in? EVERYTHING! They have and are the creators, of everything! So what do I bring to the table...I boldly bring and inspire life because They are life! I boldly bring and hold hope because They are hope! I boldly bring Peace, Joy, Love, and list goes on and on because They go on and on! They are the beginning and the end so I can be bold in anything and everything because They have called me to be bold and reflect their glorious image!

So I am on my journey of being bold in everything....are you willing to be bold?

Women's Conference Series: Move Forward

IMG_3179.jpg

I recently read a devotional in my quiet time titled, “Move Forward.” When I first read the title, I skipped it. I flipped right past it ever so quickly and then looked over my shoulder to be sure no one saw me. Seriously, I even rolled my eyes a little and huffed out loud, “Jesus, don’t tell me that right now. I can’t hear it. Like, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, etc, I CANNOT HEAR THAT RIGHT NOW. Please. Please? Can’t we go through that one together later? Maybe when I’m ready? When I know I’m ready, I’ll let You know. ‘kay?” Guys, I wish I was kidding.

I could feel His gentle nudge; His sweet presence was a balm to my weary heart. “Baby girl, you need to hear this now. It is time. Trust Me. I’m right here with you, let’s do this together now.” A few days prior to this, I had read Proverbs 3:5-6 in the Message version, “Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure things out on your own. Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go, He’s the one who will keep you on track. Don’t assume that you know it all. Run to God! Run from evil! Your body will glow with health, your very bones will vibrate with life! Honor God with everything you own; give Him the first and the best. Your barns will burst, your wine vats will brim over. But don’t, dear friend, resent God’s discipline; don’t sulk under His loving correction. It’s the child He loves that God corrects; a father’s delight is behind all this.” As I read this verse, I got the chills and even started to get all teary-eyed. Like, He was preparing me to read this segment on moving forward. I felt challenged. Do I really trust God from the bottom of my heart? Do I listen for God’s voice in everything I do? Do I run to God? These are some of the things that raced through my head right down to my heart. Gosh, it is like He’s trying to speak to me and teach me something… My son, Beacon, is 4 years old and ALWAYS has to find things out for himself. I’ll see him doing something dangerous that will surely end in tears and owies. Not wanting to see him get hurt, I’ll give him a head’s up, “Hey, bud, that might not be a good idea. It might not end well and you could get hurt.” Unlike his brother who cautiously retracts his steps back to safety, Beacon will look at me and respond, “Okay, let me check.” WHY, Beacon? Why can’t you just trust that I can see the big picture and know that I have your best interest and safety in mind? Most of these situations end in serious tears and I wish I could say, “well, he’ll only do it once…”, but that isn’t always the case. Sounds familiar, right? Sometimes I learn my biggest lessons from my children, but that is a different story for another time.

Now fast-forward to the devotional about moving forward: **“The time has come for you to advance. You have remained in the place you are for long enough. You have crossed over a bridge and found the pleasant path that leads deeper into My heart. Move forward, My child. As I promised Joshua, I promise you— every place that you set your foot upon will be yours. New territory is waiting. A calling pulls you onward. Move forward, My child, and you will see the works of your God. Faith never remains in one place; it is a movement, a dynamo that propels you forward. Nothing can stop you when I am with you and I call you forward. The fullness of My plan is ahead of you. The sweet taste of joy has filled your heart, but there is more for you as you leave the predictable and move forward, My child. It is waiting for you. Step into all that I have chosen to bring to pass in your life. Faith will not hesitate when My cloud has moved. I will direct you with My cloud and with My presence. Never be afraid to step out, and you will find more of Me. I have gone before you to prepare the way, and I will be your peace. I delight in you and will never leave you, for you are Mine.

Philippians 3:12 – 14 ‘I run with passion into his abundance so that I may reach the destiny that Jesus Christ has called me to fulfill and wants me to discover. I don’t depend on my own strength to accomplish this; however I do have one compelling focus: I forget all of the past as I fasten my heart to the future instead. I run straight for the divine invitation of reaching the heavenly goal and gaining the victory-prize through the anointing of Jesus.’”

Recently, my husband and I have been struggling with some big decisions. I say recently, but this has been weighing on us for nearly a year now. Decisions about our family’s future: where to go, what to do, how long to do it for…you get the gist. We even began making plans and were in the early stages of executing said plans until we recently heard God basically say, “Hey, kids, that might not be a good idea. It might not end well and you could get hurt.” I can assure you this is not the first time He’s tried to tell us this during this yearlong struggle, He’s been gently whispering it to us from the start. We were just not quite listening. Or were we possibly responding with, “Okay. Let us check.” I love how Jesus is so patient with us.

He has gently been reminding me that He sees the whole picture and His plan is perfect. He is nudging me to move forward and reminding me that He is with me. He has made the way for me and He is my peace. What is He asking you to move forward with? Let’s run with passion into His abundance together.
